Can I get a refund?

Included in our terms and conditions that are ratified at the time of purchase. We unfortunately do not offer refunds unless a show is canceled. As with most event ticket sales, all sales are final.

The exception to this exists when an Event Promoter explicitly states their own refund policy at time of purchase, and coordinates accordingly either directly with the ticket purchaser, or via specific fulfillment agreement with EventLEAD.

It follows that we cannot offer refunds due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues.

If there has been a significant change to the event such as a location change or date change, we will send an announcement to all current ticket holders with details. Please check your email, including junk/spam folders, for this event announcement before contacting EventLEAD support.

If an event has been changed and the announcement includes a deadline for refund requests, we cannot refund orders submitted after that deadline.
