Delivery Methods

Upon purchasing a ticket, you may have some of the following options for receiving your ticket.

  1. ‘Confirmation Code’ and/or ‘Print at Home’
Through this method, you receive a confirmation code that can be used to reference the transaction upon entry at the event. Depending on the setup of the event and the stipulations of the event provider, it may be required of you to print this confirmation code in order to get access to the event. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated. This code will also be sent to you via email for potential later reference.
  2. Physical tickets, Delivered
Through this method, if desired by the event promoter, you may be able to select to receive physical tickets delivered by local postal service, or by courier. If this available, and selected, the additional processing and/or delivery fees will be stated before the transaction is completed.
  3. Physical ticket, left at venue (‘Will Call’)
Through this method, physical tickets are made available to at the location of the event. A ‘Will call’ kiosk of any sort will have your physical ticket waiting for you based on matching information. Typical reference information could include your Full Name, or potentially some sort of reference code given to you at time of purchase.
