Registration Services

Registration and ticketing services are the gateway to EventLEAD's offering. We can have your event taking professional registrations within 30 minutes.

An EventLEAD registration includes the generation of a confirmation number that is printed on screen upon registration, as well as the generation of a confirmation email that is sent to the registered person, as well as your organization as setup in our intake forms.

From basic registration services, which are free to all event promoters to use, there are many steps that can be taken:

  1. Accepting Payment
    With EventLEAD, you can accept payment in the for your event in the form of Visa and MasterCard. The transaction costs for this can be included in your ticket’s face value, or added at time of purchase on to the purchaser’s cost as a Service fee. See pricing schedule for more information on our processing rates and fees.
  2. Physical Ticketing
    If your event has pre-printed physical tickets that it wishes to have sent to the purchaser, this can be arranged through EventLEAD. Different delivery options can be arranged, and costs included in the sale of the ticket(s) at time of purchase.
  3. EventLEAD Ticketing
    EventLEAD can produce a physical ticket, and have it sent to the purchaser. Different services fees apply which may be included in your base ticket price, or be added to the customer’s order at time of purchase. Options include bar-coding or QR coding for ease of entry.

    For more complex events, we can work with you to program a schedule of ticket availability.
  4. Marketing Integration
    EventLEAD can provide a ‘framed-in’ or AJAX capable form for showing the ticketing options directly on your website, or to align with your particular marketing campaign.
